Lucas Navarro, P.E. LLE Co-Founder and Director LLE Logistics

Lucas Navarro, P.E.
LLE Co-Founder and Director
LLE Logistics

After traveling in more than 50 countries on six continents—starting with a trip he planned and took on his own at age 11—Lucas Navarro knows how to get around. He has memorized flight routes, city maps, and subway systems all over the world. A native of Brazil, Lucas has made the United States his home base since 2002, constantly immersing himself in diverse cultural experiences.

Lucas earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering, and worked for more than a decade designing bridges. The skills he demonstrated as a structural engineer, including creative problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, a high level of organization, and the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines, serve him well in his role as director of logistics for LeaderLife Expeditions.

At LeaderLife Expeditions, Lucas carefully orchestrates and attends to logistics for every participant on every expedition. Because even the best-laid plans can be unexpectedly interrupted by weather or other issues, Lucas always has a plan B and C. He finds alternative flights faster than flight agents do and often finds options they’re not even aware of. Lucas knows the best ways to get around a new city even before he lands, and easily anticipates other travelers’ needs before they arise.

As an expert in travel planning and a former engineer, Lucas experiences the emotional impact of exploring new places when he first sees an architectural masterpiece. The Sydney Opera House, Parthenon, the Eiffel Tower, Sagrada Familia Cathedral, and the Hong Kong skyline are some of his favorites. He drove hundreds of miles from Barcelona to see the Milau Viaduct, the tallest bridge in the world. Lucas is passionate about sharing his love of travel and helping others experience the transformative benefits of global expeditions.
