A variety of assessments may be administered as “pre-work” for all LeaderLife Expeditions.  These instruments are reviewed and debriefed at pre-determined times during the program and through one-on-one interactions with the program participants and their executive coaches.  The objective of these assessment instruments is to increase self-awareness, better understand how we impact others, and how others and particular situations and circumstances affect us. Assessments provide insight about our behavior and are a catalyst for adjusting our actions and reactions in a planful, skillful and fluid manner.
